Looking for luggage rack

I'm looking for an overhead luggage rack, the metal kind bolted to side/ceiling. Tricky part is measurements. I need something measuring 34.5 inches wide by 16 inches high by 19 inches in depth. Thanks.

location might help?
a quick sketch would help?
you said something like 16" high and 19" deep with legs bolted to the side?
so i assume 16 off the roof to the bottom of the rack and the sides are 19 tall which would make your legs at least a minimum of 5' long with a width and spacer to clear the gutter going down the sides to bolt through the ribs.
what kind of bus are you working with?

Sorry to take so long getting back. Internet access and other stuff have been weird. Any rate.

Below is a photo that might help explain what I'm looking for. I want to put a window AC unit through the upper portion of the pictured window--the part that opens--and I'd like to put the AC unit on slides so that it can be inside the bus and secure when not in use. I'd build a platform from below, but a bed/water tank/wheel well all are in the way. I'm thinking that if I can find a luggage rack similar to the surrounding ones that I might be able to get it welded--or better yet u-bolted, since I'm no welder--onto the existing racks to provide a platform for the sliding AC unit. Then again, it may be impossible The AC unit weighs 40 pounds, maybe too much to stay on such a jerry-rigged platform while bus is in motion, but I'm OK with that. This bus won't be in much motion.
