Lightbulb Looking for partial conversion

My husband and I are looking for a bus that is partially converted in order to trade for our 2004 Ford Explorer SportTrac. It's in good condition with new tires. We would like something spray foamed, and possibly painted exterior, partially done interior, but maybe just framed and with plumbing/electric started.

We are also very open to picking up in any state so long as it is in good running condition to make the trip back to Colorado. Also, if you are willing to do a rent to own type situation (if you are not interested in the truck) we have income well over net $2,500 / month and when we are on the bus can pay back at a quick rate.

Please feel free to contact me with any options/possibilities. We are looking for something before Oct 11!!
