Looking for someone in Portland OR area to convert my skoolie

Hello Everyone, after reviewing all of the categories, I hope it's okay I chose classifieds for this query. I am looking for someone who could do or help me with converting my new skoolie. It's completely gutted, so I am looking for someone to do the insulation and lay all the wood for the ceiling, walls and floor. I am open to referrals, or to speak with anyone who can take this project on in April. Please let me know or spread the word if you know of someone, I would be so appreciative to find someone qualified affordable and just overall awesome! thank you.

I am a carpenter in the Eugene area. I work at a tiny home manufacturer, and my coworkers and I do side work like this regularly. What would your timeline be? What kind of materials for insulation and walls/floor ceiling? Paint grade, or stained wood?
