Patrick,
Why do you say you are too old to be on the transplant list? Are you actively working with a doctor for regular health monitoring and care? You can be put on the national list even if you’re not absolutely ready yet. Peoples availability status on the list is always being regularly updated based on their current health status.
I work for an organ and tissue bank and 63 is not too old for any type of transplant. People in their 70’s routinely get transplants for organs with no issues. The thing that typically causes delays in many people waiting for a transplant is their underlying health and other medical conditions that may cause complications during surgery or with the transplanted organ. Someone can be a match for the next available organ but if they’re sick or their doctor sees something amiss with their health at the time, they may defer the available organ to the next person and wait until the patients health improves enough to handle the surgery and aftercare when the next organ becomes available. They want the recipient to have the best chance possible for success with the donated organ and not have the body reject it.
I sincerely hope you can get the transplant you need and live a long, healthy life with your family.

Might be a um lifestyle that keeps him off the list.... Since age could not be it.

I have NEVER been treated more rudely by any site/members in my life.
So sorry if I happen to know lots about simple equipment, and also owned a lot of it.
Actually no, I'm not a bit sorry as I have nothing to apologize for. That task is incumbent upon the "gentlemen" who slandered my good name.
The Petulant Princess with the Gillig Phantom that requires a wiring diagram for an Utterly Simple 12V DC Vehicle (that he will not be getting from me, not in this lifetime)
I'm surprised I can still post, and am receiving messages. I thought I'd already un-subscribed.
Where is the site administrator, and what is his role to Check People on this site who are apparently amused by their own rampant negativity?
I assume there ARE some good and reasonable people here. I just received the DIRT and hatred before the welcoming....

p.s. I did not deliberately post an old cel number nor inactive web site, that is done automatically and I got tired of fixing it after 4+ attempts.

Tom Shafer of San Jose is a bus historian and can generally ID any Gillig or Crown bus with the 5 digit VIV code. He's on "Gillig Classic School Bus" also "Crown Coach Junkies" and is a fine man.
