Mid size bus wanted

HI all-

I am searching for a mid size school bus. My wants/needs are:

26-28' long or as close to that as possible (bumper to bumper)
interior height 6' 3" or higher
150k miles or less
no rust

a solid engine is key, preferably the dt466 or 360 but all models I'd be interested in.

not picky on dog or flat nose

Good luck, that is a highly desirable size that everyone wants. Even rusted out full size mid lengths go for solid money.

Hey I just bought a 30 foot bus in Virginia and drove it back to Washington. The dude I got it from has 2 more 30’ FE internationals with a 215 hp DT466e with Allison md3060. He also has like 4 30 foot dog nose busses with Mercedes engine and an md3060 tranny. The internationals are posted at 6,100 and the dog noses at 5,700 i believe. The internationals are right about 200k miles

If your interested let me know and I’ll get you contact info

Great size, my 7 window 3800 is just under 28' BTB. I like to watch the auctions occasionally to see how prices have moved. I bought mine in 2018 for $2600. I saw about a dozen P-Pumped DT466 7 windows 300k+ miles go from Los Angeles in July-ish for about $4k on GovDeals, and a handful of 6-8 window P-Pumped DT466s ~180k go from Kansas for about the same price on PurpleWave in March.

The one you want is out there, you've got got to be ready to pounce. Having $5k + travel money set aside would be wise.

Here's some links of sold ones to see what I mean.
