Need BB steering wheel

I need a BB bus steering wheel, just the hub would be good for me. I want to make a different size steering wheel. My new wheel will be a 15 or 16 inch diameter wheel. Big wheels are not good for me. Steering shaft is .862 and threads are .804..... I need the internal splines. Frank
