That is a WA spe'c bus.
As a TC2000 it is going to be lightly spe'c'ed compared to an All American of the same vintage.
Most of them were 190 HP with AT540 transmissions but some were 210 HP with MT640 transmissions.
Most were geared to comfortably cruise at 60 MPH.
Another plus is it has the 12" windows which means it has the high roof option.
Since it saw service in WA state it most likely has no rust. Or if it has any rust it is just superficial.
The price and condition suggests it is a good deal.

This bus was just a teaser for the east coast people, and this was on CL. Not the perfect drive train but rust free the way they don't see them on the east coast. Yeah, we've already got buses.

Two buses in London, KY. Seller seems real cool. I was going to look at them but due to life being life and hitting you with bull**** when you least need it I can't for a goooood long while. Figured I'd throw them out here, hopefully someone else can enjoy them.
https://lexington.craigslist.org/cto...452827599.html
228k mile 2002 International 13(?) window with DT466 RE pusher, Allison 3000 transmission, air brakes, has all service and maintenance records, tires all have good tread according to seller. Looks to be in good shape besides some rust on underbody, seller asking $3200.
https://lexington.craigslist.org/cto...452836597.html
226k mile 1999 International 13(?) window FE DT466 with MT643 transmission, air brakes, good tires, underbody looks clean. Asking $3200, looks like maybe a partial conversion based on windows and lack of pictures of seating?
Again, seller seems real cool and I really wanted to look at these, but I'd be remiss if I didn't at least try to give something back to this community while I work up the funds to buy for myself.

That frame rail rust makes me nervous. Looked like some parts were a little flaky. I could also see that the driver side auto chain actuator looked like it was hanging off too... I'd stay away from it...

Wow, looks freshly power washed and rattle-canned. They went all-out. And driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays....

If there is any truth to their story it might make a good starting point for an upgrade, but you'd better be a good judge of horse flesh before laying down your money.
The fresh spray paint should make it worth it.

Also ... I didn't see a TCM or shifter, or any mention of those parts in the description.

I made a huge mistake
Missed this one by $100 due to wifi going down and not being able to call in fast enough. Isc, md3060, retarder, school verified origional miles. The only thing missing from my wish list was mechanical injection and air ride.
https://m.proxibid.com/category/reso...|none|40977235
There were 2 of them. I had enter a max bid of 4k on the better one then lost internet. It went for $4100 I could have come up a few hundred more or bid on its twin. It went for 3800. Both bought by the same bidder and will probly show up on a dealers lot for twice the price.
I will be drowning my sorrows for quite some time while I search the interweb for another prospect.

2002 gmc 4 window
If anybody’s looking for a short bus theres a nice 4 window 02 GMC Savana 3500 Do not know the bus body mfg. on Maine CL. 6.5 DIESEL 1,200. NEEDS PMD before it could be driven home. Brand new paint. I don’t know how to do a link.
I just did a PMD replacement on my bus and it cost me 170. For the PMD and the kit to move it out away from the motor. Took me an hour or so.
I texted with the lady who owns it seats are out didn’t sound like any other modifications have been made. Blank canvas

Wasn't meant to be. The perils of sniping.
Plenty more coming down the pike. No shortage of old school buses.
