Thumbs up Off Grid 34 Bluebird Bus Conversion

Selmer!!

Bought in 2017
1991 Blue Bird TC2000
60,xxx miles
Cummins Inline 6-Turbo Diesel
34-foot, Front Engine
Right before me it was owned by a church that used it as a mobile classroom (run every week). Before that it was owned by a hospital as a shuttle bus.
Asking $83,000. Please see below for details. Willing to do video tours for serious inquiries.

Bus Mechanics

Everything is currently running very smoothly. Ran the bus up and back to Quartzsite from Tucson twice with no issues. Hwy speed averages around 62mph. Average 10mpg at that speed.
2023
New Battery
2022
New Fuel Pump, fuel filter, fuel lines and new fuel tank
New Alternator (Refurbished)
Reseated Parking Brake
Oil Change
2021
New Water Pump
Fresh Coolant
Oil Change
New Serpentine Belt
2020
New Drive Shaft
New U-Bolts
New Rear Tires (All 4)
2019
New Brake Lines and pads

Home 😊
Most of the entire build was completed in 2017. Slowly over time more of the little things were done. The main alterations to the bus itself include a roof raise of 1ft underneath the windows to raise them up. The inner ceiling is now around 7ft. The front and back windows were left low so the front and back integrity was held intact. A deck was also added to the back of the roof with the later with welds and deck wood.
-Spray foam Insulation all around the interior
-Hardboard Foam Insulation underneath the floors
-Hardwood Cherry floors
-Pine wood ceilings
-Slate tile shower with terra cotta floor

-Sink with built in drain above
-Teak Butcher Block Counter tops on white cabinets

-14kwh Lithium batteries (2 tesla in waterproof containers)
-24V 3000W AIMs Sine Inverter
-Midnite Solar Charge Controller
-Vertical Wind Turbine with alternator

Water
-80 Gallons Freshwater
-3 stage water filter with UV light (for if filling up with a steam or something)
-65 Gallon Greywater
-DC water pump
-Both shower and sink run really hot

Propane
-Holds two 20lb tanks underneath the bus
-Only lines run to the tankless heater and the range
-Link open to add propane heater if wanted

what engine and transmission does this bus have?
where is the bus from originally? AZ?
where do you have it listed to see pictures etc?
do you have pictures, and or videos of the build process and all the steps that were taken?
can the bus be test driven and taken to a skoolie expert for inspection prior to purchase?
