It's been sitting for a few months on a piece of rental land. It was driven 650 miles from location of purchase to NJ. The driver had an issue with the brakes that he was able to temporarily fix en route. Brakes should probably be checked out by a mechanic.

My asking price is what I spent on purchase, conversion, and a new, professionally installed solar system. I'd like to get most if not all of that money back, for purchase as is but am willing to consider reasonable offers.

Any 'documentation' as to how the inside of the windows are insulated on the parts where they're not accessible from the inside? Curious about confirming they seal in rain or during washing and what precautions have been taken to address possible condensation build up.

Don't get your hopes up... In an ideal world, people would come back and close out their "for sale" posts with a status when it's sold. But since this is over a year old, and she didn't respond to the previous 4 posts asking about the bus, I'd bet it's gone by now. In fact, that was the last post she made on the site.
