Power Steering pulley

[]Okay for those of you that said this was no big deal!!!![/u] Well it has certainly turned out to be a very hard part to find? So wiht all the knowledge I have gotten from this forum I'm still at loss. I'm looking for a Power Steering Pulley for a 1983 International buss. And the part has been discontinued!!!The engine is a gas engine 345. The Buss is a small Blue Bird School Buss. The Pulley is a 5/8th hole with a streight Keyway. The diameter across is 6" 1/4 The part number is 488782-KI, 2 Belt. The vin number is 1HVBA17B9DHA31061 . If anyone has one or knows where I could get this part? I have attached photos of the part.
Please Plesae Helllllppp...

Re: Power Steering pulley

Are you just worried about that chunk that is missing? If that's the case then I think you could probably juts run it unless it has given you problems. I don't think it should though. At worst you might want to take a flat file on the inside where that piece is missing and make sure that it is smooth.

o The Pulley was actualy put on backwards and then they used JB Weld to attach it. I need a new one as I said in my post.

Re: Power Steering pulley

try an industrial power and transmission supply house, MSC, Graingers, Motion Industries, Mcmaster-Carr, etc and have them match up the physical characteristic's, diameter, hole dia, offset and belt pitch, their should be a generic sheave available that will be close enough to work.
