I am reluctantly leaving the Skoolie life due to health issues. My wonderful green bus is now for sale - please see details below. I am currently in FL and will be at the Skoolie Swarm in mid-Feb. Asking $35k OBO. FYI: I don't always have good connectivity, so please be patient; I will respond to all queries.

Roof painted with Henry’s insulating elastomeric paint

Floor and walls have 2” XPS closed cell plank insulation (gaps filled with foam &/or Havelock wool)
All metal hat-rails and side wall-rails have frost barrier covering

Electric professionally installed (by licensed marine electrician)

NEEDS WORK
Front steps, dash and driver’s seat area
Entry door & lock, and rear door lock
Broken window clips on a couple windows (prevents them from opening)
Dinette table is temporary – should be replaced
Kitchen faucet head needs periodic soaking in CLR due to hard water buildup
Engine belts scheduled for replacement at one of the next PM’s
Label on the electric panel for diesel heater
Replace batteries in smoke alarm
Better lock on closet doors
A few pieces of flooring needs to clicked into place
A little rust inside bottom of back exit door
Small hole (2-3"), in left-side hood fiberglass (been there for years)

More details upon request. I've been full-time on the road for nearly 2-years. Possible delivery in Midwest if near my route back home (MS to MN). I'd love to keep traveling, but progressive arthritis is making it impossible.
