Do you have any sort of timeline for when you need it gone by, or just as fast as possible?

There are folks charging ten grand and more for roof raises.
Consider this a "buy a roof raise get a free bus" sale!

I've gotten some really positive replies so far.
Lets find this bus a good home, folks!

I’ve DM’d the original poster, but for visibility, I’m posting that I’m interested. I pretty much just have to work out logistics to get it to Texas.

I've been struggling with the same part of the equation... It's a LONG drive!

I’m probably going to have to fly in to get it assuming he can wait a few weeks to allow me to return from my deployment. But I’ve just nearly got a location to keep it. Super stoked though!

one way rental cars are an option.. and right now florida is gearing up for winter tourist season so you may be able to get a great deal on one.. that way you can pack some tools and such you may want for your drive home. you are also generally getting out of the deep south rainy season.. so might be a good time to drive a bus across I-10.

Ok, great.
One expensive option would be shipping it. Would still be cheaper than buying a bus and paying for a roof raise, though.

This is what I did with one of my buses, took a one way rental car, then took an Uber from the rental drop off to the bus depot where my new yellow steed was parked. Cost was only around $50 for 24hrs rental.

That’s a much better option! I’ve gotten confirmation that I’ll be able to make this happen! Woo!

I did it for my texas bus... rented a car.. then picked up the bus, drove it around a bit to make sure it was ready for a trip, then returned the car.. I had offers from forum members to help me return the rental and check out my new bus.. then I hopped on the road and headed out..

I listed the prices.
I think they're fair.
But make me an offer, worst I can say is no.

I completely missed your link. Sorry. I think you're fair and it's going to a specific good cause. I can't insult you with what I can afford right now. Even though I'd LOVE to purchase your bus. Good luck boss.
