Semi-converted Skoolie! Low mileage, great condition!

I'm selling my partially converted 1995 40ft Bluebird school bus. This is a blank slate ready for you to build your dream in! Asking $17,000, located outside of Kansas City, MO.

All seating and radiators have been removed; flooring, walls and ceilings have been removed; the floors are Rust-Oleumed and walls are partially insulated. Radiator lines have been re-run and are in good working order. Brand new battery! Engine is a Cummins and has had a full checkup in the last month and is in GREAT condition. Approximately 75000 on the odometer and these engines are good for over 300000! I've removed some of the windows and installed custom made blanks (by skoolie.com) that are prepped for paint and insulate-able. All original windows are included as well as extra window blanks for wherever you need a little more privacy! The side emergency door has a cracked window. All other windows are in great condition. I've also purchased domed skylights for the escape hatches which I made custom mounts for and all parts and pieces for their install are included as well as the original escape hatches. Bus features 7 huge storage compartments!

I'm moving countries and can't take this project with me so off she goes. I had big dreams for this baby, but I'll just have to start fresh overseas. This bus has a clean title and is just waiting for someone with the time and love to make it into an awesome RV! If you're interested or have any questions or would like more pics, please contact me via PM.

Hi and best wishes for the sale. In the hope of assisting you, I would respectfully suggest that the very discerning folks here will want to know what the drivetrain is. I'm guessing it's got the 24V 5.9 engine, maybe? And which transmission has it got? Those will be important details over here on Skoolie.net

And, if you haven't yet, be sure to list it in the Facebook "skoolies for sale" group where the high-dollar buses seem to attract more attention.

I'm guessing a '95 will have the 12 valve 5.9. Probably paired to an AT545, that's what my old '97 was.

OP, please enlighten us, thanks!
