These are going to be high dollar purchases. You're not just bidding against converters and exporters, you're bidding against school districts. Given that a new bus costs in excess of 100k they can spend pretty big and still save a bundle buying used. They're already over the price most of us paid for our buses.

That would be ridiculously low mileage on anything other than the later models with all the EPA crap. After 150-175K they become too damned expensive for fleets & school districts to maintain so they get dumped on a largely unsuspecting public as "great deals".
