Skoolie for sale Upstate NY $10,000

Skoolie for sale! *Please read full post*

Thomas 2000 Diesel Pusher Bus 34’ long, Cummings engine. It has been converted into a shop and living space but it could easily be a tiny home, office space, storage space, or a shop on wheels as I’ve used it.
The bus has had electrical outlets put in but it is not a completed job, but all the groundwork is laid in case someone wanted to hook it up to electric. I was using a portable solar panel to power my lights and a propane heater and stovetop, so I never needed electric.
There is a composting toilet frame included, and a shower base installed as well as a sink and faucet. There is not plumbing or water tanks for these, but the fixtures are in place.
If the buyer would also like a small fridge, 4-burner propane stove, or other accessories I’ve been using for the bus, we can discuss that as well...
I also have a spare tire if that is desired.

I am moving to Scotland in the fall and I am hoping to sell this quickly so I have reduced my asking price for the bus to $10,000. The bus runs and drives short distances but it needs some work done to be reliable on the road, especially long distance. I have received an estimate that there are some electrical wires that need to be replaced and needs a new CAC charge cooler (without this it is very underpowered). I have been told that the repairs will likely be around $3,000. Once these repairs are complete, the bus will be reliable and drive-able long distance, wherever you want to go!

The bus is currently parked at Fleet Pride in Pleasant Valley where it will be up to the buyer to get the repair done. For questions about mechanics call 845-635-1314 and ask for John, the service manager.
Any questions for me, just get in touch, but please only serious inquires. Feel free to share this with anyone you think may be interested!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. That is a nice looking bus.
Good luck.

It does look like a good start for a skoolie conversion. It has clean lines.

Where did the bus live out its school life?

My personal feeling ... you might get $5,000.00 or $6,000.00 for it from this crowd. Remember, it has a $3,000.00 problem. You should expect a buyer to expect a lower price because of that.
