Hey thanks for the heads-up! I'm on this like a skunk on a June bug! All I have to offer him is my Winnebago, but if I don't ask, I'll never know.

She's even got a 5-speed. Coincidentally, she's similar in color to my alma mater's colors: the Creighton University Blue Birds...um, Bluejays.

We (the bus owner and I) finally made contact. At this point he's not really interested in trading one type of camper for another. He did say he'd keep me in mind if he didn't get any satisfactory offers.

Perhaps he's seen too many Winnebagos like this one?

That little grey car that hit the side of the Winnie is a Hyundai Elantra. Really, a Hyundai! No school-bus sidewall is going to get broken up by a small car.

And I already had a good nickname for the Dodge/Blue Bird skoolie: "Wanderlodge Wannabe."

It was worth a try, anyway.
