To Buy or Not to Buy: Low Mileage, 2010 Chevy Express 3500; Rust on door + bottom

Hello:

A dealer friend of mine has been keeping an eye out for a shortie for me. He recently sent this through: Link here

He wrote: "I think the Chevrolet bus is going to be about $9k. There is some rust at the bottom of the folding door that I can see.
I am sure there is some other surface rust on the bottom."

From what I can see online, the thought is to get a full bus chassis with a gas engine if you can find one (but likely diesel). The van chassis have gas engines that are working at 100%, whereas a bus chassis with a non-van engine will go longer at 85%. The weight load is better as well. This is so low mileage and local though... I'm tempted.

How much would this be going for? Is this a bad horse to bet on?

Interested to hear thoughts -- thanks for your advice in advance.
