Two 20# propane tank rack

Is anyone willing to weld and install a double 20# propane storage rack for me underneath the bus? I'm located in tri-state area NY, willing to travel about 400 miles in any direction to get it done by someone competent and I'd prefer they're skoolie.net affiliated.
