Used 245w solar panels for $75! FB find in Houston, TX

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...5175150673221/

Someone shared the posting on fb, quite a few people purchased some all tested good, so I went down and grabbed 8 today. They started with 600 and had 100 left when I left today.

I dont know everything about the panels, I just didnt want to pass up on the price so i picked some up

You got a hell of a deal there - $600 for 2kW. That's half what I paid a few years ago, but mine were new Sharps made in USA. How are you going to have yours on the bus? I split my eight panels into two rows of four, each row feeding a charge controller for its own bank of four golfcart batteries. Are you going to make them tiltable?

I'm still learning the solar stuff, but initial plan as of now is wire up all 8 to a 24v battery bank. Dont have all the details ironed up yet because I know the stuff that well yet
