Skoolie Bus. Turnkey or needs a little work... (as I am physically inclined to take part in building something over some time)

MUST HAVES:
-RV Titled
-Must be 35-40 feet in length...
-Diesel Engine
-Room for queen size bed
-Room for a wood-burning fireplace
-Full size fridge (room or come with)
-Plummed with shower/bathtub
-Instant Hot water heater
-Fully insulated (preferably spray in-foam insulated)
-NO AT545 transmissions I would like to avoid them at all costs

Or would even be open to looking into a 10 window flat front bus that has been done. Let me know what you have.

Definitely keep an eye on the threads in this section. Most people that post a bus for sale generally aren't going to peruse this section looking for buyers..

@cheesewagon understood... but I want a skoolie and why not post in this section just in case someone has something that I could potentially be interested in. I am part of Facebook groups as well. Attacking on all fronts, to find the skoolie for me. haha. I do appreciate the comment nonetheless, however!
