Hi all,
After much research, I think I've settled on trying to find a bluebird minibird. I'd like to get a four or five window, with or without a handicap depending on the number of windows but I'd like to keep it 5 or less.
Can anyone enlighten me on the pros and cons of a handicap door?
The kicker is that I'm located in Canada but am more than willing to figure out what's needed to make it work.

ps. I've searched far and beyond, all the ones on craigslist that fit this criteria are sold as I've messaged them and they haven't removed the ads..
