WTB 1990-2002 6-window bus with DT466 / MT643

Hi guys. I'm looking to buy my first bus. I've lived as a vandweller, and then as an RV dweller, but now I want the best of both worlds and live the bus life.

Here's my ideal buildout:

- 15 feet interior space, not including the cab (Approx 23-25 foot external size or less)
- Under 26,000 lbs GVWR (No CDL)
- DT466 engine and MT643 tranny (Purely mechanical and holds up well)
- No significant rust or major mechanical issues
- 6.5 foot high ceiling or higher
- Decent clearance under the bus

I'm located in Texas, and due to rust concerns, I'll only buy from southern states. I'm originally from Ohio and I know just how damaging rust can be.
