WTB: Mid-sized skoolie (~50-65 person)

Hello everyone!

Been lurking for a while, and I appreciate all the info, here. I wanted to post here in case anyone has what I am looking for, but I know there are many places to search.

I need a durable skoolie for full-time living, dispersed camping & a big travel-trip. Anyone have something fitting my needs?

* sub-$15k
* Converted (w/insulation), partially converted, or cleaned for conversion
* In Ohio, or adjacent states
* ~30 ft mid-sized
* dog-nose
* registered as rv, willing to do so before I drive it, or willing to wait for me to obtain registration before I drive it (I do not have cdl)
* 1990 or newer
* Not AT-545
* Not manual
* HVAC intact
