WTB: Winterized Skoolie in Canada

Hi all,

I'm new here. We were going to build a skoolie but I tend to run out of talent before I am satisfied with my results.

We're looking to buy a skoolie already registered as an RV, in Canada. It needs to be properly insulated (roof and floor), with the plumbing routed to minimize the chance of freezing in the winter. Preferably with more than one source of heat.

We want to live in this full time, for more than a couple years, so we're looking for something well thought out, finished and comfortable. Ideally, off-grid ready.
