whats the name mean?

this isnt really news most every city has ordinances against vehicles being parked for more than 48,72 or 96 hours at a time without being moved.. its usually a non issue but if someone wants to complain then they can.. and theres always a "bittie" in every neighborhood who will no matter how clean the bus or "unwanted" vehicle is..

unfortunately what often happens becomes a "spat" where a person who feels targeted starts watching every car in a series of streets and complains on every one who doesnt move.. so those who may be on vacation or business trips etc end up targeted when normally was never an issue..

no idea what will happen here but it is a law like it or not..

perils of living nomad in a city (most nomads seek to leave areas like this)..

The Kobayashi Maru is a training exercise in the Star Trek franchise designed to test the character of Starfleet Academy cadets in a no-win scenario.

The Ehime Maru, was the Japanese Fishing vessel that was struck by a U.S. submarine surfacing near Hawaii in 2001. 9 people on the Ehime Maru died.

We can learn amazing things off this web site. I just learned that a Laundry-mat is really a "laundromat"... then this name thing came up.
If I keep learning all this new stuff I'm gonna have to delete some of the old stuff to make room!

You want to talk about Japanese people being in the wrong place at the wrong time?
