Millicent's normal California registration renewal arrived today, as it has done every December since 2007.
Millicent is a 1992 bus with diesel engine, and I re-titled her as a "MH" (Motor Home) when I bought her back then. [California Vehicle Code also uses the term House Car, which I gather means the same as Motor Home.]
If I understand it right, the cutoff for smog inspections on diesel pickup-trucks here in California is 1996/1997. Sorry, I do not know anything about those newer vehicles.
