if you are not going to use is for livery purposes (moving people to and fro) you should be good to insure it as is under your personal, if you want to get it under the umbrella of your business to cover the animals that will travel from time to time, that's another story, all depends on "who legally owns it" (what name/entitle is on the title)
or you could maybe go 5th wheel and say "i have rocking hubcaps"
