Farm Bureau Insurance Offered Skoolie Insurance To Me

I called and got a quote bundle for my car, skoolie and renter's insurance.
The part of the quote they gave me for the skoolie was $197/yr. The only info I had to give them was the Make & Model and the VIN#. After an hour, they called back with the quote....

Just an FYI to you all!

What state are you in? We're in NC and got Farm Bureau insurance here too.

Thanks for the heads up! We have Farm Bureau locally. I've been fighting with State Farm over the insurance on my bus...

NC Farm Bureau

I went into my local Farm Bureau office for a quote this morning. They quoted me $136 for 6 months, for $300,000 combined single limit coverage.

What are your coverage limits? Mine are $300,000 combined with $2,000 medical payments and uninsured/underinsured at $100,000.

The only difference that I can think of is that rates are higher here. They do vary state by state.

And even within the state or city. Once upon a time, I moved to another zip within the same city and my rates went way up.

Ya...most are based on the zip code where you "garage".

I got mine thru them too. But 2 weeks later got a cancellation notice. I'm in GA & they Farmed it out to Progressive.
I found a independent agent & now pay 1/2 what I would have paid thru FB. I now save enough $ per year on my vehicle insurance to pay 90% of my home owners insurance.
