Be silent and just carry on till they try and turn up the heat. I'll pm you later Charlie but hang in and not to worry my man.
If I go, I shouldn't say anything?

YEah but what if they bust me?
I wanna win this right, ya know?
Isn't one of yours an RV on the title? Progressive insures it?
I can buy a big shed for two grand that will hide it, and then I can keep it anyways. But man, I don't have two grand right now.

This isn't about bylaws it's forcing you into a "contract" with them so they can fine you if you show compliance right now.

If you have not received notice in writing disregard them but stay silent. Will explain later as per my email to you.

Go see the people who you may have to deal with later and listen if the subject comes up otherwise don't bring it up.

I read through it, but to be honest I don't understand what you're trying to say.
They sent me a notice, I posted part of it. The other part has my name and address and my "offence" listed. It gives me till the 11th to have it off my property permanently unless something can be done.
They "may" consider letting me keep it if i register it as RV, but I really don't wanna take that chance. They could just say no anyway, then my ins co will drop me as they don't insure converted buses.
Wishing nothing but ill upon the city and its mafia.

Maybe I should try to sneak by changing the registration to rv. If progressive asks, Ill tell em its not converted, Its just to be able to park it in my residence.

I am lucky, I live in the woods.
The guy down the road has an old ford he putts around in and breaks down half the time.
The guy down the road and across has a tractor that idles almost constantly.
The only issue we have as a neighborhood is shooting. Dont shoot after dark, early mornings or rapid fire unless it is an emergency and if we hear it, help is on the way.
So, I am sorry you are going through all of that nonsense.
You pay your taxes, you are not making meth in your garage, I am sure you dont stack mounds of trash or scrap on the curb.
They should just stick to their business before the roads get slick and your skoolie ends up accidentially sliding sideways through their yards haha.

Right?

Thing is- I have a neighbor with a BIG box truck, another neighbor with an EXCESSIVELY huge, non-street legal offroad-only monster truck in the front yard, a long-broken down NPR box truck, a farm tractor, a bucket truck, and a semi truck occasionally. All on my same block/street.

Eustis Florida Land Development Regulations Chapter 110 Section 110-5 is “General Building Design Standards”. There is no .14 (A) (3) in Section 110-5.Here’s a link to the Eustis Florida website for the municipal codehttps://www.municode.com/library/fl/eustis/codes/land_development_regulations_?nodeId=SPBLADERE_CH1 10DEDIST_S110-5GEBUDESTIf they give you another violation with another code you can look it up on their website, but the one they gave you does not seem to pertain to the type of vehicle you are allowed to have in your driveway but rather the type of building you can build on your lot.

be interesting to know if all of them got notices too..

I wonder with my DEV if since it was already titled as an RV they never caught it... I never changed it mid-stream.. (BGA had converted the title before I insured it). or perhaps ohio? be interesting to know if there are other FL members insured by progressive commercial with RV titles.

progressive did ask me on the phone if 'is this bus staying a bus?' they never asked that of the red one.. and the red one is titled / registered as a regular private bus.

Yes you need to get them to say in writing what you can do to satisfy them.
Nothing verbal, must be in writing.
None of this "then maybe we will let you" shyt.

sure looks like the got it out for you. odd that buses comes first in that list of paragraph containing the heavy duty vehicles. im blown away everytime i read this stuff with you, they are finding every way to tell you what to do with your things. If we keep this up we'll all be the same.

the date on that paper of those "codes" were revised December of 2016 so not long ago, i bet they've been stewing this up for awhile against you

Read the required remedy as they propose. That is not any of your buses specifically.

Then below it says contact them which we already talked about.
Looks like they will have to rewrite the code or charge everybody in violation, not just you.

That is nothing but discrimination and coercion by the city, nice lawsuit there. Happy retirement then.

You are in the driver's seat Charlie, be happy.

we all need to go in and buy a little plot of land that has electricity and where we could store and work on busses!

It really seems they have it out for you EastCoastCB. I know you are hesitant about changing it over to be a titled RV and I understand completly. Is there a statute you can find that says RV's are acceptable?

So far we are still insured by allstate as a bus conversion. I just took her down to wesley chapel yesterday so they could inspect her. They wanted to make sure I didn't weld anything that changed the structure of the bus like a slide or raise the roof.

I really love driving my bus, it is a blast.
