Looks like State Farm will work post-conversion, I'm still another month or two away.
Unfortunately you will need a Commercial for Private Use policy during the build out.

If you go the Vermont MH registration route

can a Vermont agent arrange for your insurance

even if the nominal / supposed "garaging address" is off in Texas or North Dakota somewhere?

For a semi-nomadic setup, no real fixed address more than a couple months at a time
