Exclamation In person Vermont registration

I was wondering if anyone has driven to Vermont to register their skoolie in person? I am just a little nervous about sending my title in the mail.

I am in New Jersey and Vermont seems like my only option from registering currently but has anyone from out of state driven to Vermont to just knock it all out in person and leave with the plates?

Any tips will help!

If you do it in person they will require an inspection. I assume you are having trouble because it is not converted yet. Go to the UserCP and fill out your profile with loation and bus info, helps up answer your questions easier.
Keep in mind if you have RV registration, but no completed conversion, you'll have a hard time insiring your bus.

Inspection required, might be within 30 days?

So if you never return to VT ever, might be OK

It's within 15 days of registration. If you fail, you must hightail.

Ya I meant hightail before then, and don't come back.

Whole point to this getting tags that works in the other 49 states, for vehicles that will not pass any MH inspection.
