Insured as RV, Registered as Commercial Van in NY State

hi there,

i finally got my bus insured as an RV by general sam, and then went to register it in NY and went with "van", based on what i read in other threads. they gave me commercial plates but said i don't need commercial license. so now i have insurance and registration which is a miracle but i'm worried about the following...

-is it ok to be registered as van and insured as RV?
-can i have passengers in back not in seat belts if it's registered as a commercial van?
-i didn't tell them there was a bed and desk in the back...should i have?
-does DMV communicate with insurance company in any way that they would notice the discrepancy?
