Just had probably the best phone support experience ever getting my bus insured!
Firstly, I should mention that I deal with technical/customer support phone reps almost every day as part of my job. They quality of service usually ranges from decent to unhelpful.
I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get my 2012 International 40' bus insured in NJ with plans to register in VT once the conversion is complete.
I called Good Sam and got connected with a wonderful gentleman named Bryce Bartell (direct #: 314-493-8763) who was not only able to meet my every need, but did so with extreme professionalism, efficiency, and ease. I needed a basic liability policy for the trip home and conversion and was able to get one quoted, paid, and signed on the spot. From pretty much the moment I explained my situation and what I was looking for, he was basically like "Yea ok cool, I gotchu."
Never thought I could have had such a great and even pleasureable experience with phone support, let alone insurance of all things...
