Registering not as an RV options

So what I, (for my wife), want to do is take a bus gut it and make it in to a rolling clothing store more or less. She sells cloths, one of those you buy the cloths and have parties at people houses or online type deals. We were thinking of getting a trailer and making it a model clothing, walk in, clothing rack but a trailer of the size we need would be pretty pricey and i don't have a vehicle big enough to pull the thing.
So i wont have any seats well maybe a couch and a small desk area (check out counter) and then just a bunch of rigid mounted clothing racks, back corner will be 1 or 2 small dressing rooms.
So just wondering what are my options if anyone has done something similar.

Do you have an Instagram?

If so, kowaska clothing co.
Look them up^ bunch of college kids converted a bus into a clothing store, with sleeping room in the back. They sell their lifestyle as they travel, cool guys. You might be able to get some ideas

As far titling and what not, pretty much depends on how legal you'd like to be and how covered you'd like to be insurance wise. Say someone fell on the stairs while you sold clothes out of the bus, you'd be liable without the right business insurance.

Also look up "Haske" on Instagram. She's makes custom hats and sells them at festivals, and spent a ton of money having someone convert her bus it looks like.

These are just the people I can think of off the top of my head, probably a lot more

to be fully legal, as mentioned you will want business insurance.. as far as your Bus, it will vary state to state on what kind of license you'll need to operate it..

if I use OHIO as an example, if you are using any vehivle with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs or more you will need to get a CDL, since the vehicle is used for commercial purposes you will need a DOT number, keep logbooks similar to a trucker, etc..

your mileage will vary in the state that you call home and register your bus in.. they are all different.. but in most , if you are performing business with the vehicle ie hauling goods for sale, you'll need a CDL of some sort, as it will be treated like a truck more or less..
