Registration/Insurance headache in NC
I'm looking for any advice I can get in the process of buying a Bluebird Mini Bird that's in FL (gutted). Down there, it's registered as a van, and the title says it's a 2000 Chevy TK...when I call to get insurance quotes, there is an issue with the VIN number matching the make and model. The seller says it's because of certain loopholes of having it registered as a van vs. a bus but I'm at a total loss with how to move forward with this purchase. What steps should I take in order to get it registered and insured?
