Two insurance options already owned/preownership
I stumbled across this website just now. I have not called the number but I thought I’d share the site in case someone would like to try this route. They state on the website that they insure converted school buses. Happy insuring!
As well another option. If you haven’t bought your bus yet, and are still looking.
I happened to buy my bus from a school bus dealer. He took me to the DMV, payed the title fees, and had the DMV register it as an RV. I paid a $45 per it fee for a 10 day moving permit. Now that it is registered as such, it is also insured under my insurance policy for the 10 days. This will make everything so much smoother. When I go into have it registered and I insure it, I’ll mention the key words professional conversion.
I attached some photos of the place I bought my school bus. I really enjoyed my experience. I was more comfortable in this transaction then in previous attempts from private owners to small auction sharks.
As well as my movers permit and us with our bus!

Well, you can't hardly go wrong with free jelly beans.
(Unless that meant the jellies reciprocate your feelings...)
Either way- moderation. Don't want to blimp out like Belushi...
