I haven't yet but your experience tells me it's time to get an inspection mirror in there and verify the belts condition -- mine looks good on the outside but that's only half the story...

I hope everyone's bunkered down well. The weather is goin crazy. Lots of rain and wind. Gusts up to 70 mph according to the weather reports.

My broken roof hatch surely won't survive the night.

I see the forecast is for 60's in the day and 35 at night tomorrow (Friday) ... and 40's over night on Saturday!

You and Roxy snuggle up 'cause it will be getting real cold!

I think I left my PL-S40 at home, so we can not seal that hatch. Darnit.

I wish it was that cold here. It hasn't snowed since yesterday

I had thought that I would make it to the event this year. Slow bus progress killed that plan. Next year I will be there.

You all have a good time and have a coldie for me.

Glad you made it. Saw your bus but not you. Maybe next year!

Just got home from an afternoon/evening trip out there. Its COLD! The potluck went well. Sam made some nice spicy chili and sent us home with some.

Glad they're gona have it there again next year. The place is about perfect for a skoolie gathering.
Gona go again tomorrow afternoon. Celtic have a cup game tomorrow at 9 am so we'll be off to the supporters' pub first thing.

The location could not have been better, really. The group "cabin" is perfect for such gatherings and the shower house was very nice. We plan to go again next year! However, I think I will bring my axe 'cause we ran out of chopped wood on the last night.

Plenty of chopped wood left, but it had been moved to Travis's pickup.

Getting on the forum here was just about impossible for me while there, phone calls dropped out a lot, and we wondered around a bit looking for signals. Think my phone is too old, my wife's phone would get a better signal then mine always, still sketchy though.

I sure enjoyed being there though, really special place and people, our tribe.

Could always "camp" at my house. Its only 20 mins or so to Doe Lake from here. I have FAST internet! 200+ megs.

We are looking into alternative locations for next year. Doe Lake was super nice though!
