A question.....

This may be a bit of a stretch, but.....

Does anyone know of a skoolie-friendly long-term RV park or campground that's not terribly expensive within a reasonable distance from Nashville TN?

Or is there anyone who would be willing to let me and my dog park on their property and leech electric and water (and let me get an occasional shower until I get one installed in my bus)? I would pay for what I use, of course.

As a level 1 burglar, Bilbo got a pony when he accompanied the level 60 dwarves on the Smaug the Dragon raid. Those powerlevelers probably invited him solely so he could trigger fellowship attacks for them.

Around here we have Choctaw Indian Nation Tribe....
They have A LOT of truck stops/convenience stores/casinos, and every one I've been to has huge truck parking lots and $5.00 showers.

If I were closer, I'd tell you to park beside my shop. But I'm 7 hours & 37 minutes from Nashville.

Check to see what your local Indian tribes operate, they might be able to hook a guy up!
Leeching electric might be a different story though

There are no Indian tribes close to me, that I know of... but it's worth looking into.

I might take you up on the "park next to the shop" thing once I get my affairs here sorted out though....

Thanks for the tip.

You may have some luck trolling C/L. Check out for rent spaces. You never know what you might find. Also look through the farm and garden listing. Who knows, you might get lucky. If there are rural areas around, check at the local stores. Many of them have bulletin boards with stuff for sale or wanted.

Good luck

I actually did find a space on there... it's about 90 minutes away, rents for 175 a month plus electric. Waiting to hear back from them.

Got a tip in another thread, gonna shake the bushes and see if anyone falls out.
