Just stumbled across this post. . . I too live in Lebanon. We are currently in the planning stages of a school bus conversion, haven't even purchased a bus yet. Would it be ok to stop by and take a look/ask a lot of questions?

Of course it’s ok to stop by. That is what it’s all about.

Well, I spent some time moving stuff around today so we will have a straight shot into the backyard with the buses.

We cut down 5 huge hollow trees a couple of months ago. My woodcutter guy wanted to haul away the logs but hasn’t gotten around to it yet.

It will be a good source of wood for a bon fire. We can burn the smaller stuff and leave the big stuff for the woodcutter. I kind of owe him as he only charged $300 to cut them all down.

I picked up a warehouse cart, looks like a miniature hay wagon. To pull behind my mower. It needed a new deck and tires and we completed the restoration last weekend. It was a fun little project.

It will be useful to pull stuff and people around.

We have an outside water spigot if people need to fill up. It is softened water as the well water is pretty hard.

cdrobbins77,

We love questions and talking about our buses. It is part of what makes a Skoolie different and so fun. Everyone is different in its own way with the owners own personal touch. This is what has drawn me into the Skoolie life.

The porta john was delivered today. I did a considerable amount of mowing too.

I also fired up the bus.it hasn’t been started in a couple of months. But it ran well and I drove it into the back yard . When people arrive, look for a blacktop drive with two round red reflectors by the entrance. There is also a yellow porta John in the drive.

Get off of I65 at exit 133.

(If going north stay in the left lane of the exit ramp and and turn right off the ramp to continue north on S 400 E)

(If going south, turn left off the ramp and cross over the highway and continue North on S 400 E)

We are on the right side about 1/4 mile past the Perryworth School.

You will see two pole barns and there is a yellow porta John in the drive.
