Bus and RV Rally

Alright everyone,

Between GreyEagle, Keith and I we have been plotting We are going to do it and we hope some of you will be able to attend. Check out the information below that GreyEagle got put together for the Rally:

1st Annual Bus/RV Rally

Everyone is invited to attend our Travelwithus.com & Skoolie.net 1st Annual Bus/RV Rally.
If you decide to attend please notify either Brandon (travelinwithus) or Roy B. (GreyEagle)

What: Travelwithus.com & Skoolie.net 1st Annual Bus/RV Rally.

Where: Fall Creek Falls Tennessee State Park / Fall Creek Falls State Park • 2009 Village Camp Rd., Pikeville, TN 37367-9803

Cost: Reservation Fee $3.00 Camping $25.00 plus tax per night.
Must be paid in full whenever reservations are made.
The camping fee is %100 refundable with a 48 hour notification.
The reservation fee is not refundable.

We will Be in Section B-1. see link below for map of park and sites.

When: Dates are August 22 - 25 ....... Check In on the 22nd departure on the 25th.
Anyone who wishes to arrive early or stay longer may do so , however you must make reservations ahead of time.
All who wish to attend must make their own reservations.... camping 1 - 800 - 250 - 8611 / or office 1 - 423 - 881 - 5298.

At the time you make your reservation be sure to tell them you are with the "Travelin' With Us Bus/RV Rally" and ask for Section B-1.

Not all sites are full hookup electric/ water/ sewer. So call early if you want full hookups!!!

Yup!
....... We did it.
Now we need people to sign up. make reservations and then show up. And as Lorna said......
Bring your food items, adult beverages and whatever you think you'll need for 3 days. the general store is expensive and limited on what they have. Pikeville is a few miles away.
If you want to come or plan or coming then by all means MAKE your reservations early. cost is $3.00 non refundable.... The $25.00 x 3 days plus tax is refundable with at least a 48 hour notice. As the time draws near the sites will disappear to other campers, weekenders, fisherman, golfers and anything else you can think of.
When I spoke with the office on Friday ... 3 of the sites in section B-1 where already taken, 3 others are handicap so the number of available sites will continue to shrink. Make em early ..... you can always cancel if you don't make it ....... the $3.00 reservation fee is not refundable but the rest is with a 48 hour notification .......

thanks for the info. whilst i am in extreme ne alabama, i hope the be in arkansas at that time. And, september on is FOOTBALL time in Oregon...

Keith an I both made our reservations yesterday...... We are now in section B-1.
lots more full hookups there. Sites 52 thru about 60 are close to bath house also as are 83 thru 90 minus 86 and 90 as they are taken.....
First call gets first choice of available sites........ Don't wait, Camping fees are 100% refundale If you cannot make it...... minus the $3.00 reservation fee with a 48 hour notice.... FYI

P.S. Keith is having some plate's for each member that makes the Bus Rally......

Who: Full-timers, part-timers, weekenders. Individuals and families. Buses, Motorhomes, 5-ers, Campers any RV's , ANYONE with an interest!

I was just thinking the same thing.

I'd love to make it but I'm afraid we're currently on the wrong coast.

Heck I'm. In the same state and it about an 8hr drive one way,right now we are budgeting for 2 trips this year...one down to URE (4 hrs or so) and then 1week plus driving ad camping the "crystal coast" so we will see how this looks in a few months

I would love to go but we just got our bus, we would be up for the 2nd annual though.
