Casinos RV Parks
So we stayed last night at a casino (Downstream Resort in Joplin, Mo), and apparently with a card (which you can get free in the casino) you get free nights. The Schoolie was not an issue at all. This was a great deal to me. Has anyone else done this and what has your experience with casinos been?
The park was a bit over lit for me but otherwise it was comfortable.

I used to work in a Nevada casino. We had lots of free dry camping and a 300+ space full service RV park.
If you used your players card while playing at the casino it was fairly easy to get comp nights in the RV park.
We had some folks that bounced between the two for the entire winter.

Free
Free included the Utilities.
Unfortunately shower and bathroom were not on site, so we spent a little to travel to those.

No surprise: they don't want you staying out in the campground... 
They want you flinging away money in the casino!

The RV park at the casino where I worked had it's own bathrooms, showers and laundry. The swimming pool was at the hotel at that time. They were just started building a pool at the RV park when I left.
It was a reasonably nice place. I lived there for over a year in my first bus.

That reminds me that in the 70's our family stayed about 3 months in the Hacienda Casino RV park in Las Vegas while the house was being built. The Hacienda was on The Strip about parallel with the airport. It no longer exists. It was an asphault parking lot with hookups, club house, and pool. I have no idea how much it cost since I was just a kid at the time. I do remember it was HOT, being the middle of summer.

I remember the Hacienda.
"Old Vegas" Was way more fun than the new Wynn/Disney version. IMHO: Steve Wynn ruined Vegas.

I work too hard for my money to give it to any casino. Putting all the extra money I can spare into the bus is a big enough gamble for me!

From what I remember, the rates were decent. Knowing my parents, it had to be so.
