Dispersed camping near Ft Collins CO

Happy Saturday everybody! I am currently in Elephant Butte New Mexico and will be heading to Ft. Collins CO in a couple weeks. Anybody around or any suggestions on places to stay going up 25? I'm full-time in my bus and self sufficient, just having a tough time finding places to park along the way. After a short visit in CO, I'll be heading back to the east coast.
Thanks and love to everyone!

you got lots of possibilities. i suppose it depends on your schedule and priorities. once you hit colorado springs, its pretty urban all the way up to ft.collins.

if i was taking my time and off the beat path, i'd cruise up 71, and check out picketwire canyon. i think thats blm land.

i've pulled off along i-25 and slept many times in southern colorado, but thats driving and parking long distances.

Thanks so much for your response! Due to the price of diesel and not wanting to get caught in the midwest for winter my time in CO is pretty limited. I'll go straight up 25, visit in Ft. Collins for a week then head east. How about suggestions heading back east from CO? BLM or other dispersed camping you recommend? Thanks again!

Awesome! I bet that was fun! I'll look for places to camp along that route. Do you use iOverlander?
