Has anyone stayed at a Broward County FL Park?

Curious if anyone has experience with Broward parks. We just booked a reservation there, but in the invoice they sent afterward I noticed the form was very specific about needing to hook up plumbing to their facilities, and that non-plumbed toilets were prohibited. Very weird. We don't even have plumbing yet so I guess it's not an issue...?

My guess is that they operate their sewer costs like the city does, and they cost-share the septic costs based on water usage; therefore they don't like people who come in with their own water but dump a ton of black/sludge before going out.

maybe they are concerned with people dropping bags of human waste in their trash cans from home-depot bucket ""composting"" toilets.. so they require plumbed RVs
