I am always doing research and have come across this campsite just outside Tucson, Arizona on YouTube. It offers a lot for the price and I plan to take advantage of the low prices they offer.

Looks like the ranch could be a great skoolie buildout site as well as a nice place to live. With Tucson only 48 minutes away, pretty much anything you might want/need would be available.
