Got a couple fire piles made. This is the small one. Started as a dead oak, now its a teepee of logs over the stump.
That's the small one.
The big fire is gonna be something else, I tell ya what!

Well it's about 3 weeks away so I won't be making it. I'm pushing it trying to finish by the end of October [emoji22]
I really thought I was going to make this one.

Dogs are more than welcome. We have four on the property full time, and my dog Dixie will be there. She's VERY energetic.
Cats and tiny dogs should probably stay inside buses or at home. Brokedown's cat almost became a meal last year.
They're all really sweet dogs, but get a couple of them together and they'll gore a cat in less than a minute. They got the neighbor's cat this year. Less than a minute.

Good eye! I try to wear shoes only when necessary. Tree work requires some sort of shoe!
They came off shortly afterward, though!
Come on over in October!

good deal.. we will see how it all shakes out.. big issue was i was scheduled to be in florida end of last week but bolted due to Irma.. tried to change my movers that were to laod my bus and they are all telling me to pound sand now because my job isnt "big enough" (thats my guess.. they wont say it).. {I had a labor-only company that was going to move several pieces of larger furniture into my skoolie}..
so im scrambling a bit.. I need 2 trips down and back to get everything.. since the apartments office are closed on sunday that leaves saturday the 29th for me to finish up getting my stuff.. depending on how it shakes out I may be able to make sat evening but my bus may be packed full of stuff.. will see how this first trip next week shapes up..

There might just be enough people in FL you don't need movers.

T-13 days and counting... it does not look like I'm going to get the painting done on the outside or the body work... the guy that was suppose to do it (the rust work) while I was in Mozambique did not show up.
So, I'm going to buy a 5 gallon bucket of white paint and some rollers and have anyone that wants to help, go to town on it during our weekend get together. Just to get it from being school bus yellow... I'll have to worry about getting the rusty body work stuff taken care of later. I am actually going for 6 weeks and then coming back for the holidays and then taking off again, so maybe it'll get done in that time. Meanwhile, I don't want to drive around in a yellow submarine, LOL
Let's do a roll call.... who all is coming for at least one or more days that weekend? ME!!!
