States/localities friendly to Skoolies
Looking for states or even just towns or counties friendly to skoolies, tiny homes, etc. Considering buying land to have a "home base." Would have to allow living in the skoolie while parked on the property obviously. yet, I have found towns where you can park it but not live in it. Not what I am looking for.
Perhaps there is already a thread about this but if not, post up locations known to be friendly. Also, post if you need to have electric, water and/or sewer/septic tie in on the property. We would only need water for our use or we would have to drive off to fill up every couple of weeks. Which may not be so bad to keep the engine "exercised."
Prefer warm locations for the winter.
