hey vanman, not up on shuttles but sounds like your off to a good start with the year & the low mileage ( idle hours? )
the best thing about a conversion is you can do whatever ya like!
simple or complicated.
i kept mine simple, light & dry and and was camping quickly!
i see complicated conversions everywhere but they never seem to finish?
the only thing i suggest is to keep in mind motor size & strength for tanks, towing, gas mileage, etc when pondering on your build.
run the vin and you can get a lot of good OEM specs on weight limits for your chassis.
