What's the open area in the back?
I see you already have the important part, speakers and beer.

Go for an elastometric roof coating. I use "Snow Roof" brand that you can get at ACE Hardware or Sherwin-Williams Paint stores. There is a primer (use the primer) plus the white top coat. For 40 ft bus it will take about 4 to 5 gallons top coating. You can also use the KoolSeal or Henry's brands of Elastometric roof coating. Just make sure you get the white. You roll it on and it will seal small leaks. Bigger ones will need to be "patched" (Snow Roof makes a patching tape that you embed in the primer). The reason you get white is that it will drop the heat gain on the roof dramatically. It help provide a thermal break so that the rivets will not act as a heat sink. In other words... no icicles hanging off the ceiling in the winter. Buying the stuff from home improvement stores will be cheaper than buying the same stuff (different name but same stuff) from an RV store. You don't paint this stuff with paint.

Re: 1969 international loadstar 1600 superior coach
here is some more interior work, so a little at a time im finding the finish side of things a lot harder than framing, ive done very little of both so i think it looks good for very little experience....

I got rid of the handle+ linkage for the door + rigged up a linear accuator. I have a toggle switch inside + a hidden one outside.
You could rig it up with a remote if you want easy enough.

I'm jealous!
Superior buses rock! So does your cabinet work. Looking forward to seeing more! How did you get the paneling to fit the roof curve so well?
Good luck!
