2 fresh water tanks ?

Hello !

There is my problem.

Im actually planning my water configuration, and for the moment the best plan is to put the fresh water tank under the bed (Wich is at the far end of the bus), but not against the back wall, because we want to put a motorcycle at the back, so for weight repartition, not great to have everything at the far back.

But the things is, we wanna use the under bed for storage, and the water tank would take a lot of space at the front so.

So i was thinking, is it possible to but two 33gal tanks on each side instead of a 65gal in the middle ?

And if yes, how to connect them together ? How to control the level of both of them ?

All you need to do is tie them together at the bottom and either tie together at the top with a vent or vent each separately. The liquid is self leveling.
I have three fresh tanks all tied together.

So if i tie them together in the bottom, put the pump on one side of them, its gonna work ?

Because i was thinking that im gonna have to run a hose from both of them, connect them together and plug the pump to that

Yes, either way will work.

My Winnebago has two 40 gallon tanks right next to each other. Big hose at the bottom, and small vent hose at the top, connecting them. Two tanks limit the sloshing.

I see no real problem splitting your fresh water tanks. Go for it!

Use as big as you can for the cross pipe. Fill will be the slowest part

You can also use multiple fill points or a single fill point with a T connector (or valve) to get thewater into both tanks.
