2003 Ford E350 4 Window - UK Parts Help!

Hi, i have bought a 4 window 2003 Ford E350 7.3L diesel cutaway, after a few delays at port im hoping im now hoping it will arrive in a couple of weeks - the bus will immediately have to go through all the Tests to be able to drive it in the UK, however, im having a few problems with respect to finding parts (if there are any issues during the test i will have only 14 days to carry out repairs and re-test so want to be ready to order them if i need to).

I used to have a Chevy Astro, locating parts was easy (in EU and US) but when trying to find parts for this bus im either coming up with vehicle not recognised (even when i use VIN) or parts are listed as discontinued where it does recognise.

My question is, should i just look for engine, braking, exhaust parts etc for a 2003 F350 super duty as i believe this engine was used in the E350 i have?

I know with it being a cutaway and non-standard engine this may pose issues, i also assume there will be no Haynes manual for this specific combination of van/engine, or am i wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Post all the info that you have including a photo of the Door Jamb Sticker. Someone might be able to help you. Sometimes there would be websites that will not show or load in other parts of the world.

Hey Pablo, that actually should be a really common van/engine combo. We have one of those...granted it's a few years older.

Some of the F-350 parts will fit...there's a lot in common. But some parts are different in vans, because of the smaller engine compartment and routing/access direction. I'd be surprised if you couldn't readily find parts if you look under E-350 vans.

Is the 7.3L really a non-standard engine in E-350 vans in 2003?

Hi, im not sure if its non-standard exactly but sometimes when i look for 2003 E350 parts the 7.3 diesel isnt listed- this s why i was wondering if i should be looking for F350 instead.

Im assuming things like alternators, serpentine belts etc will be the same on both engines even though mines a van chassis, just wondered if anybody could confirm this to be true.

What parts are you specifically looking for?

Looking for some common items on RockAuto doesn't seem to miss anything.
